Supplemental information

You may be eligible for the qualified tuition reduction program if you’re an ASU employee, dependent or spouse of an ASU employee or affiliate.

Colleges and universities

To consider your application, we must understand your full academic record. Please list all colleges and universities you’ve attended on your application. ASU reserves the right to verify your prior enrollment, and failure to provide a complete history may result in denial of admission.

Previous college eligibility

If you’ve ever been disciplined for conduct- or academic-related issues at a previous college or university, you may have been told not to return. In that case, answer ‘no’ and explain the circumstances in the fields below. Otherwise, answer ‘yes’ that you’re allowed to return.

Tuition determination

In this step, you’ll answer a few questions to determine if you’re an Arizona resident. Keep in mind that your confirmed residency status impacts your tuition.

Program of choice

Select the degree program that best suits your personal and professional aspirations.

Note: You may only take courses in the modality of your chosen program. As an ASU Online student, you’ll only be able to take online courses and won’t be permitted to enroll in campus-based courses.

Program-specific questions

Every program has a different set of supplemental questions, depending on the degree requirements. Common pieces of information requested include:

• Letters of recommendation.

• Personal statement.

• Up-to-date curriculum vitae or resume.

• Test scores.

Wrap-up questions

Similar to the step above, the information requested in this section depends on your program of choice. Common information program admission teams look for include:

• Areas of specialization.

• Course descriptions.

• Employment history.

• Portfolio pieces.

• Writing samples.

Make sure it all looks right

Review all of the information you entered one more time. Once you submit, you won’t be able to easily make changes. When everything looks good, turn in your application.
